Roughrider Electric Cooperative is proud to announce the promotion of Michaela Perbix to the position of business manager, effective January 9, 2026.
Perbix has been with Roughrider Electric for eight years. As the business manager, Perbix will be overseeing the accounting and member service departments.
“Michaela has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, accountability and dedication to Roughrider Electric,” said Shawn Olson, Operations Manager and Chief of Staff at Roughrider Electric. “She takes ownership of her responsibilities and approaches every challenge with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.”
Perbix has recently graduated from the Management internship program completing a project that will benefit the Roughrider Electric membership.
“I am very appreciative of this new opportunity and look forward to continuing to contribute serving our members in this new role,” said Perbix.
