Reliability

As long as your account has enough funds and the information is correct, your bill is paid on time every month. Keeping your account in good standing.

Billing Disputes

If you disagree with a bill, you may request a stop payment through your bank.
However, please contact Roughrider Electric first so we can help resolve the issue.
You typically have about 20 days from receiving your bill before the payment is deducted.

Budget Billing

If you're on budget billing, the same set payment amount will be withdrawn each month automatically.
